I have nothing but amazing things to say about that balance. I had the tomate, mozzarella and prosciutto sandwich and had a second that it was so good. the broth and the ingredients were as fresh as they can get, as they cut everything in. before them into slices. this is a must if on capri! Caprese panini is great! comes with many tomato, buffalo mozzarela and olive oil. very good value and efficient service.

We landed here on a saturday night because all the other restaurants were fully booked(truffle season). A tip: If you plan to visit this area in the truffle sea...
