schiavenza had some of the best barbera that we tasted during our mai 2022 trip to italy and they were even ready to try older years for us. the menu was small (always a great sign) and eating was great! the staff was incredible and suffered by our broken Italian/Spanish with geduld and gnade. can not wait until they see next year :d View all feedback.

I had lunch in the restaurant room of this farm. Beautiful room, with right sized tables with maximum order. Careful, courteous and fast service. Very good the tunaed calf, in which the sauce is served in the dish alongside the slices of meat and finally it can be seen the degree of cooking that taste the soap also "without". The spider cutters were great. The pure excellent braised, accompanied by a small tris of outlines pure ' of potatoes, glazed carrots and past butter fennels. Unique neo common at three courses. was perhaps a certain shyness in the use of salt: personal taste. Excellent three wines from the family cellar that accompanied the three courses. Appropriate price for a truly high-level quality, as expected from these parts. Congratulations.
