Food is hot. Just need
They advertise that they are open at 7:30 so I placed a mobile order at 7:50 and when I arrive I am told that they can’t serve me because their cook was not there ….terrible experience….the employee at the window was also very rude.
I looked up this place before coming since it said it opened at 7:30 after waiting in line behind people for 7-8 minutes at the speaker I eventually pulled forward to the windows to see people working. One the lady 's opens the window just barely enough to tell me they open at 8. I 'm usually never someone to write reviews but this place is always subpar. The part that is worse is that when I pulled it it was more of hey your speaker isn 't working but I got a rude response that they don 't open till 8. So yes if I could give zero stars I would simply because of this. Being nice can go a long way.
They actually gave us raw meat! Called to inform them about the raw bugers and guy hung up on me. Bad service.
If you have a craving for Wendy's do yourself a favor and avoid this one at all costs!! We live in town here but always go to the Vacaville location because this one is a joke! They just got done remodeling the dining room so we decided to see if maybe they found some help that was worth a **** and give them another chance but no it's the same as before, cold food and more expensive than other locations.
