The entire restaurant was closed at around 7:00 a.m. on Friday, 12/30/22. They were supposed to open at 6:30 a.m. The door was locked and there was no one inside, not even any employees. Really bad! I highly recommend that people instead go across the street to either Jack in the Box or Starbucks. Both establishments were open while Wendy’ screwed the pouch big time. The owner deserves to lose the franchise. Shame on Wendy’s corporate for allowing this type of behavior to persist without taking immediate strong action to correct the situation.
I’m new to this area. I wen't through the drive through and had the worst customer service. Firstly, the gal kept asking me to repeat my order and they were all standing around. The gal was very rude. The food wasn't that great either like some Wendy's I been to.
Food was decent enough for Wendy's. NO SELF SERVE SODA. Burger might've need a little more heat. Walk in cashier order was confused and didn't know how to deal with the door dasher in front of us so I was second in line for 10ish minutes. $13 for a single patty meal

They advertise that they are open at 7:30 so I placed a mobile order at 7:50 and when I arrive I am told that they can’t serve me because their cook was not there ….terrible experience….the employee at the window was also very rude.
