Great atmosphere, food was good. They need to work on their FIRE spice because it was nothing fire about it. Couldn't even feel the burn compared to their sister restaurant in Alexandria. But I will give them the benefit of the doubt since they just opened. Other than than that the atmosphere is outstanding and they even have upstairs seating. View all feedback.

I came from New York to enjoy Washington and was suggested to check out crafty crabs. We went in the hostess was rude her comment was ?we have a list and you can?t be seated? coming from New York the people of Washington was all friendly until I went to crafty crabs. I've visited this restaurant four times, primarily because of its convenient location and the foot traffic it draws. My first experience was decent; I always order online and never dine in. The food was good and worth the price. However, during my second visit, they forgot to include the lobster in my order and were somewhat reluctant to solve the problem. On my third visit, they also left out the extra eggs, which wasn't a major issue. Today, I ordered a crab leg boil, added lobster, and a pound of shrimp, but it seemed a bit light.
I asked her if I could sit at the bar and if there was an outlet available for my laptop. To my surprise, she rudely and quickly said no and turned away. I would have appreciated it if she had at least offered to check for a power source instead of rushing back to her phone call. This experience was marred by her unprofessional attitude and the overall lack of customer service. Due to the poor service and the strange smell that permeated the seafood restaurant, I will be reporting this establishment to the health department. It’s unacceptable for a seafood restaurant to smell the way it does, and having an unprofessional server only adds to the disappointment.
Fantastic! They only serve fried foods, which were quite good. Their damper pots, however, are even better.
My son took me out for lunch, and I absolutely loved it! The service at this location is always fantastic, and we had an amazing waiter. Great job!
The shrimp boil was disappointing. The shrimp were overcooked, and I really don’t understand why they leave the heads on. The potatoes were nearly impossible to bite into, and I only got a tiny piece of corn. I reached out to the restaurant and spoke with a manager who told me I should have checked my order before leaving. The problem is that my son picked up the food, and who really does that? It feels unsanitary to have your food exposed around other people, especially in the context of Covid. The manager didn't offer to replace my order, which was frustrating.
