Every morning, I make a detour to go to this Tim Hortons to be served by someone named Jo. He demonstrates great efficiency, speed and kindness. Even if I'm last minute for work, I know that when I drive to that Tim Hortons with Jo behind the wheel, in less than a minute I'll receive my service and I'll never be late.
