The meal was much better this time, plates were warm, roast potatoes nice crisp, meats were great Yorkshire puddings nice fluffy. The reasons for the 4 stars are: 1. 1 half a roast carrot parsnip was meagre, especially when additional veg I.e. cauliflower cheese at an additional cost (should be included if only 1/2 carrot/parsnip. Staff are very friendly, and there is lots of gravy provided on request no additional cost . A lovely pub restaurant, atmosphere in the restaurant was OK, not buzzing.
