Excellent Sunday lunch! The homemade Yorkshire pudding was fantastic, and the beef was cooked to perfection. Highly recommended! Price per person: £30–40. Ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 4.
Beautiful Sunday roast finished off with the best sticky toffee pudding I've ever had! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We went for a Sunday roast this was our 2nd visit. The meal was much better this time, plates were warm, roast potatoes nice crisp, meats were great Yorkshire puddings nice fluffy. The reasons for the 4 stars are: 1. 1 half a roast carrot parsnip was meagre, especially when additional veg I.e. cauliflower cheese at an additional cost (should be included if only 1/2 carrot/parsnip. Staff are very friendly, and there is lots of gravy provided on request no additional cost . A lovely pub restaurant, atmosphere in the restaurant was OK, not buzzing. We would certainly recommend will visit again to support this business. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
