The young lady who took my order was very friendly. I requested a keto-friendly drink and she inquired further about my preferences. However, when she asked another female employee about keto options, the employee responded rudely, saying she didn't know what keto was. It is important for individuals working in customer service to be willing to serve customers and assist them with their needs. View all feedback.

We all need coffee. The snacks are good. The bathrooms have gone downhill over the years. Not as clean as they used to be. But the coffee is always good.
One of the worst Starbucks around they can never make drinks right it just crazy too me. Staff is rude.
