I love their white gummy with strawberries added! It's literally the best smoothie I've ever had so I order this constantly and it's always made perfectly! Shout out to the employees for making it so delicious every single time! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jamba:
Another day without service for items on the menu. I don’t understand how they can run out of products when they know customers order from the menu all the time. It’s frustrating that they don’t serve certain items or provide clear information. Why even have a menu if they can’t fulfill it? This place is ridiculous. View all feedback.
This Jamba Juice location is very rude. We received our 3 drinks which we all ordered as large but they gave us one as a medium. Understand this can happen as their music is loud like other Jamba juice) and they may not have heard correctly. Thatsaid, we were willing to pay for the right size and instead of helping us a person with really long nails flips their computerscreen around and taps the screen with her nails and says THATS WHAT YOU ORDERED. Then she flips it back and walks away. WOW!So rude, we are done with this place. I have heard from others that this place has gone down due to customer service and now Ihave seen it first hand. Too bad as the drinks there are good :
Really good! They have a nice variety of options and an excellent rewards program.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and give you plenty of time to choose your order. They’re also willing to customize anything you’d like if possible. I’m personally hooked on their HUGE pretzels, so I avoid ordering one when I’m alone! Here’s a great tip: if you need snacks for scouts, soccer, or any event, they offer a smaller size that can be packaged in a container that fits 18 drinks. It’s a fantastic alternative to Capri Sun and crackers, and the kids will definitely appreciate it!
I've experienced another day of poor service due to unavailable menu items. I don't understand it—if you know that customers frequently order certain dishes, why do you continually run out of those items or fail to serve them? It seems pointless to have a menu at all if you're just going to inform customers about what they can’t order. This place is just frustrating.
