Description

Dining at this restaurant has proven to be a polarizing experience for many patrons. While some diners rave about the warm chips, generous portions of menudo, and friendly service, others decry the lack of cleanliness and poor quality of ingredients. Complaints range from rude staff interactions to food service delays and questionable sanitation practices. However, there are glimpses of positivity, particularly regarding the delicious homemade tortillas and visually appealing dishes. Despite its flaws, a recent upswing in food quality has prompted some loyal customers to return, suggesting a potential turnaround worth exploring for newcomers.

Mexican server is really rude. Came to pick up an order I placed on doordash but turns out they don’t accept doordash. She seemed annoyed and didn’t offer to accommodate me for the error. I was helped by another server who spoke English who was way more polite and accommodating. She explained to the Mexican server that I was going to place a new order and she responded back by asking if I was going to pay for the new order. First and last time eating here.

The attention of the waitresses is good and the food is visually attractive, but the ingredients, at least for the seafood, seemed to be of poor quality, the oysters had a strong smell which made me suspect that they were in poor condition but since it was the first time We tried it, I thought it was normal, I loved the seafood tower, it's what I always ordered but on this occasion the seafood was dry and the surimi was bad as if it were past, we paid and everything was just over $90 dls for two adults and two children. Honestly, I don't think I'll go back, maybe just to buy roast chickens from then on!
