But these girls are horrible and obviously hate their jobs. I walked up to the coubter to ask for straws and every employee starred at me and not once asked if I needed something as I stood there for 5 mins not to mention the girlwith the attitude that slowly took her time to walk to the back just to come back empty handed and get the straws from the drivethrough and grabs a few and throws them on the counter and tells me to refill the slot... smh just pathetic the lack ofmanagement shows and the workers there will be the reason they lose many customers. I wish I would've got the girls name becauseshe should be embarrassed

I had to go back and wait in line to get the correct or... read more I visited KFC's drive-thru and ordered a spicy sandwich with extra toppings, but received the wrong one. I had to go back and wait in line to get the correct order, and when I finally got it, there was just one pickle and a small amount of sauce. I was quite annoyed, but since I was running late for work, I decided to let it go.

The employee didn't make eye contact, only handed me my total without any napkins or silverware. There was no offer for condiments or any acknowledgment of me as a customer. When I received my food, the fish was cold, and the batter was tough, suggesting it had been sitting out for at least an hour or more. The hush puppies were also cold. When I returned to request a refund, I was informed about a sign in the window indicating that I needed to ask for condiments and that it was my fault. There was no apology for the poor food or service. This wasn't my first negative experience, but it will certainly be my last. I will not be returning!
