I really like the flavor and taste of the wimpy burger. My problem may not be an issue or maybe not even be something to bring up. But it bothered me, so I am. I was waiting in the car and my husband went to pick up our order and dropped the soda the moment he turned to walk away. yes we only had ordered one) The girl at the window didn’t offer another one, actually she said not one word, but turned and walked away. Now I know it was his own clumsiness for the drink dropping and she’s not obligated to give him another But she could of at least asked if he wanted to order another . I just feel like Customer Service needs some improvement.
