I stopped by Sparky's, a casual spot in a college town square that reminded me of the dive bars in Seattle and Austin. The food was delicious and reasonably priced, and they also had a great selection of t-shirts available for purchase. It's definitely worth a visit for a tasty burger and a laid-back atmosphere.
Make sure to request Ashley as your server, as she provides excellent and personalized service. My dining experience at this restaurant on September 12th, 2019 was fantastic - the place was lively and filled with satisfied customers. The burgers and sides we ordered were customized to our liking, and the desserts were both beautifully presented and delicious.
Atmosphere was great service was a little slow but that’s anywhere nowadays so no deductions for that. The food was good cooked just right the only deduction the place gets is for watering down their ranch sauce. It’s cheap and shows they are slightly dishonest. But other than that I would eat here again.
While we were in dillon to stay in the best western hotel, we contacted covid. that meant that we had to quarantine and a stationary hospital stay. sparkys delivery, free, several meals in our room. we cannot thank the dredgings enough for their good hospitality and care for brothers and sisters who need help. jim and marcia hyland
Our server, Ashley, was fantastic. She provided excellent recommendations and made sure our glasses were always full. The wings were delicious and the brisket was quite tasty. The atmosphere of the restaurant was lively and fun, with a full bar and a great selection of drinks on tap. I would definitely return in a heartbeat.
