I was tired from driving and hungry when I stumbled upon this restaurant, which was a welcome sight. The staff was incredibly friendly, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. They also have wheelchair accessibility, as the men's bathroom can easily accommodate a wheelchair. I had a great dinner experience here for a price range of $10-20 per person. I highly recommend trying the Chicken Fried Steak. View all feedback.
What mary gordon doesn't like about 4b's:
We waited for 20 minutes for the server to take our order. After another 10 minutes, my husband had to ask her to bring us water. I even walked around the restaurant to see why she was so busy, but there were only two other tables in our section and two more in another section - a total of 5 tables in the whole restaurant. We will not be returning. View all feedback.
Disgusting. had dinner there tonight, go to take a spoon full of mais and literally hang half the bowl. I really asked about something fresh mais and they literally took it back and broke the mais apart and served him again all the gum-like 2 hours later everything came up. I was even warned by a native not to eat there should hear.
Food was good but it smelled like a dead mouse in the booth!
We came into your resturant for breakfast on our way home from vacation and ordered breakfast. I ordered the small bacon and eggs breakfast and was very specific to your waitress Stacy about how I wanted my bacon cooked: brittle crisp to which she seemed to understand. Upon getting my breakfast, my bacon was clearly limp and I sent it back and she took my whole plate leaving me only my toast. When she brought my plate back a second time again the bacon was still limp, she came back to the table to check as I had pushed my plate ti thre edge and asked if it was ok and I told her the bacon was still limp, there was grease now dripped all over the eggs and hashbrowns which were now cold and I would have NEVER served a plate to a customer like that as I had been a waitress for 20 yrs To which she replied when our customer's order crisp bacon this is how they get it and they eat it like this and I personally stood over the press waiting for it to crisp, what would you like us to do put it on the oven? (Loud enough for the whole resturant to hear her). In the resturant business, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT even if they are WRONG still APPLIES! She was rude, disrespectful, and wrong! She never offered another meal to replace that one just took that one of our bill, I'm a native Montanan and still have family in the area and will definitely HIGHLY recommend they NOT frequent your business any longer as they have in the past for years! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
I was in the restaurant and very easily over heard colette chambers complaining about her food, i thought the waitress handled it well, i have also worked in the service industry and could tell there was no pleasing this customer, even my 10 year old commented on the customers rudeness. we frequent this establishment often, and when ever there has been an issue they have solved it. yelling across the restaurant that she didn’t deserve a tip was inappropriate and rude.
Well not the best service I’ve had. Our server refused to pick up the phone. Then went to every other table asking if anyone wanted refills but couldn’t even remember to bring our coffee to us and it was when our food arrived that we finally had to remind her about the coffee. Food was good as always. But an FYI leave your family issues at home not while you’re on your shift trying to make your work go faster.
