I recently visited and had a fantastic experience. Even though the store was nearing closing time, the staff were incredibly accommodating and eager to assist. The sandwich station was impressively organized, and the sandwiches were visually stunning. View all feedback.

The dining experience at this restaurant was mixed. The price range of $10–$20 per person is reasonable, but unfortunately, the food left much to be desired, earning a low rating of 1. On a brighter note, the service was exceptional, scoring a 5 for its attentiveness and friendliness. However, the overall atmosphere was quite disappointing, also rated 1. If you decide to visit, I recommend trying the sandwich, as it’s the standout item on the menu.
Was just passing through and had a great experience. Store was about to close and they were happy to help. The sandwich station was amazingly kept up and the sandwiches were so pretty. ??
They always do a great job at the Dillon Subway. The workers there are generally quite attentive to what they are doing and the customers requests.
Terrible. If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have ordered from there twice now through pick up. The sandwiches were nothing like what we ordered, The staff was rude and when we asked to have the sandwiches fixed they basically told us too badand don't come back. Which we gladly won't. Worst service I've had in a long time.
Awful and dirty. The only good thing they were fast but the bread was dry and very skimpy on the ingredients.
I feel sorry for the employees here; it’s clear they’re unhappy and don’t want to be working. That aside, this was by far the dirtiest Subway I’ve ever visited. Many of the vegetables looked unappetizing and old, so I didn’t get everything I wanted on my sandwich. But I still ate and am grateful for the meal. Just a heads-up to picky customers who depend on good customer service to enjoy their experience—this isn’t the Subway for you. Do the workers a favor and go somewhere else.
