Order fill up box a large coleslaw and half gallon of tea. Lady takes payment. Sends out tea. Several minutes later window opens Lady has back to window. She hands bag out backwards and shuts window. Husband says to me is that everything. No, coleslaw is missing not sure what else. They stuffed everything in 2 of the small lunch meal type boxes. I am trying to check. Lady finally asked what is wrong. I said we're checking the order. She says ohh we waiting on fries. I just open box and there are fries. She says oh. I said I would know we are missing slaw. Her and someone argue over whether we were supposed to get slaw. She proves it's on receipt. We get our slaw. I see a few nuggets, regular chicken pieces and biscuits. The Lady says is that everything. I stated. Not sure. It's all stuffed in one box and I have half a box of nuggets and fries. No sauces. We get sauces and leave. Told Husband should have handed everything back and said you tell me if all my order is here. That's their job. This is why drive thru turns into a long line. The nuggets were the size of quarter and smaller. Every piece of regular chicken and biscuits shoved in small box. Biscuits and chicken squashed. This caused not enough food and disgusting food. I like my chicken to have the coating on the chicken.
Beware of ordering from here while using doordash bc if you have food missing they will not make it right! They will accuse your delivery driver of taking the food instead and basically tell you oh well and that there's nothing they can do about it bc it WAS put in the bags when you know the dasher did NOT take it bc the bags were still sealed! Yes, the manager will tell you this! I've never in my life seen customer service like this!
WHO IS IN CHARGE OF Hiring? Seems like they just hire anyone. Filling a spot in payroll does not equal good service.
