Went inside to order. Paid for my food. The girl didn't give me a receipt. So I asked her for a receipt. She said the paper was out. It took forever to get my food and still no receipt. I got a large drink and it was only a little over half full and she even glanced around the corner at me when filling my drink so I would know that she did it on purpose. The place is clean, but the service is slow. The only rude person at the establishment was the rude manager.
My fries were thrown in the bag and not in the fry bag. Also, the fries were re-cooked and nasty. Very disappointing
Terrible experience. I waited more than 10 minutes to place my order, and there was no one else in line. The drive-thru was busy, though. They were out of Bo rounds and straws. How do you serve a drink with a lid but no straws? Also, I’m really frustrated with restaurants charging 50 cents for dipping sauce and only telling you after you’ve ordered. I definitely won’t be coming back.
The order took a little longer than expected, but otherwise Bojangles' was great. The food was prepared exactly as requested. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant's interior was clean.
