I waited more than 10 minutes to place my order, and there was no one else in line. The drive-thru was busy, though. They were out of Bo rounds and straws. How do you serve a drink with a lid but no straws? Also, I’m really frustrated with restaurants charging 50 cents for dipping sauce and only telling you after you’ve ordered. I definitely won’t be coming back.

I first atte... read more I waited 10 minutes for my Bo Berry Biscuits, and it seems like the staff is more caught up in their own workplace drama than in serving customers. I first attempted to use the drive-thru, but nobody responded, so I had to go inside—and now I see why. I'm not sure how they even have a 3-star rating. I won't be coming back!

The customer service was outstanding, which is what I always expect from here.

The staff was very polite, and I got an... read more We stopped here on our way to Topsail Beach. I had been craving a biscuit, so my pup and I went through the drive-thru. The staff was very polite, and I got an egg and cheese biscuit along with some hash browns. The hash browns were perfect! I also had the chance to walk my dog in the back. Overall, it was a great stop!
