Pulled up, paid with a card, almost instantly handed my food, no thank you have a nice day, although I did. The window literally just closed, I heard a little girl inside saying GO, GO, GO, as I’m putting my card in my wallet, not 2 seconds. This was extremely rude, my fries were very soggy, the sandwich looked like it was put together by a toddler. There’s a Buckee’s, a couple miles down 95, another Cook Out and tons of options on exit 164, plenty of options north bound. Pass this one up, they are to fixated on the company timer than proper food and customer service. If there’s any contradicting explanation given it is a lie.
