this location is scamming!! they charged me above the menu listed price for nothing extra and then had a serious attitude when i asked about it. i like cookout as a whole but this location is a serious avoid!! View all feedback.
Terrible service. My milkshakes were awful!! They were melted when I get them and not stirred up!!
First time going and it was as expected; will be going there again!!!
Food was hot, fresh, delicious, and came out quickly! Restaurant was very clean and the cashier was very nice.
The level of them understanding English us challenging.
The food was terrible. Staff seemed uninterested to serve. I ordered a chicken wrap. The wrap was twice as big as the chicken which was more like a chicken nugget. It was just terrible. You can get better food from a 711. Will not go back to a Cook Out.
