As someon... read more When Stacy returned with my plate, the bacon was still limp, and there was grease dripping all over the eggs and hash browns, which had now gone cold. As someone who has worked as a waitress for 20 years, I would never serve a plate like that. When Stacy came back to check, I told her the bacon was still not cooked properly. She responded, rather loudly for everyone to hear, that when customers order crispy bacon, this is how it comes, and that she had personally watched it cook. She even asked if I wanted it put in the oven. In the restaurant business, the customer is always right—no exceptions. Her attitude was rude and disrespectful. She did not offer to replace my meal; she simply removed it from our bill. As a native Montanan with family in the area, I will be sure to recommend against visiting your restaurant in the future, despite their longtime patronage. This experience was incredibly unprofessional.

However, I found the layout to be quite... read more I was really looking forward to trying 4B's since it was closed for all of last year and half of this year (2020|2021). However, I found the layout to be quite confusing, as there was no traditional counter; instead, you pay the waitress directly. Unfortunately, the smell in the restaurant was terrible—like sewer gas—and it permeated the entire place! I can't understand how anyone could overlook that and still enjoy a meal. Both the food and service were just average. I won't be coming back.
