The pizza is always delivered quickly and hot, the staff is friendly, and when I call, communication is no problem. In my opinion, this pizzeria has been a valuable asset to Diez for decades. A word of advice to anyone who orders a spicy pizza there...they're hot as hell.

The first Frutti de Mare pizza I received was too small. I was assured that a second small pizza would be delivered in about 10 minutes. It was full of surimi and onions. I then gave the pizzas back to the driver. Yeah, then I wanted the burgers... I think the attached picture says more than 1,000 words. Now I'm curious to see how the refund process works with Liferando. The restaurant only wanted to refund me for the Frutti de Mare pizza.

According to the telephone o... read more A little anecdote from another hungry user. After the hungriest day of the month, I decided to order a delicious pizza with cheese. According to the telephone operator, a delivery would take a whopping 15 minutes (maximum! . After this hungry time was finally up, there was no sign of the well-earned meal. Another 15 minutes passed, and I had no idea whether my food would even reach me today. Based on this, one of the people in our group of four called the telephone service, which was completely unintelligible due to the obvious language barrier. Another 20 minutes passed, and we slowly began to wonder why we had ever chosen this setting. The driver arrived after an outstanding (ironically! 87 minutes with the food, which, fortunately for this restaurant, was still warm. The driver then complained to us in her German-Indian accent, asking why we had ordered, since the restaurant (two towns away, 7km as the crow flies supposedly doesn't deliver to our town, which we hadn't been told by the telephone service. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant for your orders. Furthermore, I question the staffing choices at this extremely pleasant restaurant, as they clearly have differences in German usage. On the occasion of the food finally arriving after a long wait, I wish you a pleasant evening.
