Although we are French, we are also fluent in English. Despite the menu being in French, we chose to speak French and unfortunately, the level of attitude we received was unbearable. We waited 15 minutes for just 3 drinks, and the waitress seemed to almost laugh in our faces.

The restaurant never has the food advertised on the light board, lacks variety in their selection of donuts and soups, and doesn't offer chili at this location. They seem more focused on serving customers at the drive-thru rather than in-store. There is no competition, so customers have no choice but to wait for Duncan.

Why is the drive thru menu in French only? Thought it would cycle through to English after the French, but nope, just kept cycling the same screens all in French. Thankfully the lady working the drive thru was bilingual and could answer our questions.

Very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons location. The staff working the drive-thru around 7:30 AM were extremely rude and unprofessional. The woman taking orders seemed frustrated and acted as if she didn’t understand anything we said. To make matters worse, they gave us a burnt bagel. When we asked for a replacement, a male employee told us we should’ve asked for it to be “lightly toasted”—but it was clearly burnt beyond even a double toast. Instead of fixing the issue, he started arguing with us. If you can’t treat customers with basic respect, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. We were served by Kathy, who took our order. She was incredibly rude, not only to us, but to every customer after us that she served during our time at the store. Her behaviour was not appropriate for a customer service position. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
