I'm not sure if there... read more I requested extra crispy chicken and confirmed my order twice. Unfortunately, I received regular chicken instead, and it was cold as well. I'm not sure if there’s a language barrier or if they simply don’t care about customer requests.

For all that, w... read more We went to KFC for dinner, and it was a real disappointment. The chicken was burnt, the fries were cold, and the gravy was chunky and also cold. For all that, we spent 50 bucks. KFC, it's time to revamp your staff or train them on proper cooking techniques and customer service. It's shameful to take people's money for such poor quality food. We won't be returning here again. There seems to be no pride in their work at all.
