The food is fresh and the staff is friendly. Our server, Miranda, was absolutely fantastic! We had a wonderful experience and are so pleased that they now serve chicken livers again. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Kfc:
The chicken was overcooked and not very appealing. As for the service, it was lacking. We specified that we wanted to dine in, yet they simply handed us two takeout boxes in a bag. Perhaps that's a new trend? My wife had to return to the counter to ask for ketchup and barbecue sauce, and after waiting several minutes, she had to practically greet the staff to get their attention. I doubt the Colonel would be pleased... View all feedback.
Ordered chicken breast but got a chicken back. Ordered 4 Chrispy wings, they were dried out, cooked to long. Pop pies were ok. Overall terrible quality. Used to be the best. Now like the quality of most fast food places in this country terrible.
I haven't been to KFC in years!!! So my wife and I decide let's try KFC it's been a long time. Looked at the prices couldn't believe it we turned around and walked back out. 2 days later my wife said she's seen a commercial that they had $5 bowls. So she got 2. I was impressed it was very good and Like and 10 bucks for the 2 of us I know that it's more mashed potatoes and corn that it is chicken but it's worth the 5 bucks.
I really enjoyed the sandwich box—the large size was a satisfying meal for me. I loved everything included! I usually skip the sides, but I couldn’t resist the macaroni and the coleslaw; they both practically melted in my mouth.
During my recent order for dinner, I ended up with only five thighs instead of the usual eight pieces, and again, I wasn’t informed about this change. To make matters worse, the chicken was dry and had red meat on the inside. I am extremely disappointed, especially considering the price. KFC used to serve fresh, quality chicken, and I really don’t understand why that seems to have changed.
