They completely messed up my order and gave me drinks that were overfilled without securely fastening the lids. As a result, they spilled all over me and my car.
I noticed some concerning hygiene practices during my visit. No one was wearing gloves while making ice cream or handling food. I waited at the pickup counter for 10 minutes without any greeting or assistance. A staff member approached and asked if an order he had was mine, but when I clarified that I was waiting for a mobile order, he ignored me. One of the employees bagging food wiped her hands on her pants after preparing ice cream and then proceeded to bag food without washing her hands. She also walked over to the counter and ignored me. Eventually, I decided to use the drive-thru to get my order, where the person taking orders seemed quite unhappy, which I understand given the situation. However, the lady at the drive-thru window who handed me my food was really nice. I suppose getting good service from even one out of four staff members is a win these days. On the plus side, the food was tasty and well-prepared.
It seems like the staff were not very motivated or enthusiastic about their work. When I asked them to do something, they rolled their eyes and sighed, which was quite disappointing.
Umm Corporate I think it's time to take a step and fix these problems the store is filthy, the employees are rude and don't even try to do their job correctly, the wait times are atrocious, the food gets way older than it should before being wasted, they vape in the kitchen where customers can see and in front of managers like it's no big deal, last I checked it was illegal to be intoxicated on the job and they smoke marijuana behind the dumpster and delta 8 (still marijuana) in the store, they never answer the phone, a majority of the time they're not open/refuse to answer the drive thru or serve anything for at least half of the breakfast hours this store is giving your company a bad name
