The orde... read more At Cook Out, I experienced no line and an empty parking lot, yet waited an excessive amount of time for one BBQ Plate and a large unsweetened iced tea. The order arrived without napkins or condiments. The pork and fries were served in small portions and were cold in the center, clearly frozen and microwaved. The pork was shredded but not cooked in BBQ sauce; only a small amount was spooned on top. I was also disappointed to receive sweet tea instead of the unsweetened I ordered. Overall, the food was tasteless and the service poor. While I usually support small local businesses, I will not return to Cook Out and suggest others don’t waste their time or money. The menu did not meet my expectations.
