The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious! I particularly enjoyed the double cheeseburger and the Cajun chicken sandwich. My husband tried the Cajun wrap and liked it as well. The restrooms were clean, and the shakes were fantastic!

I had high expectations for this popular fast food chain, especially given the long lines when this location opened. However, I was quite surprised when I received my burger. The bun was much larger than the patty, which was about the size of a slider. While the flavor was decent, both the burger and the seasoned fries were cold. The only redeeming quality of Cook Out seems to be its extensive menu; perhaps other items are better than what I experienced. I really hope this was just a one-time issue for them, but I'm not inclined to give it another try.
