This location is the worst I've ever encountered. The service is extremely slow and the staff is rude whenever you ask for anything. They roll their eyes at you... read more This location is the worst I've ever encountered. The service is extremely slow and the staff is rude whenever you ask for anything. They roll their eyes at you for no apparent reason. If you request sauce, they often forget to provide it, and you have to go back and ask again. When ordering through DoorDash, they consistently get your order wrong, only getting half of it right. The blonde-haired manager walks right past you while you're waiting at the counter for assistance. Additionally, the food is cold about 75% of the time, regardless of what you order. If you dine in, they rarely ask what size drink you prefer or what sides you would like. They often complete your order even if you're still trying to place it. The Colonel would be embarrassed by this establishment!

They smirk at your confusion when you get to the locked doors. Fastest I've ever received my order here was 20 minutes in the drive through. Standard wait is 40 minutes, lobby or drive through. In 15 years working the oil field, I have met 2 people here who gave a damn. How this location remains open is quite beyond my comprehension.
