Pretty ingenious tonight they took the phone off the hook so they couldn't take any orders or of any kind Lobby is closed all the time because they claim there'... read more Pretty ingenious tonight they took the phone off the hook so they couldn't take any orders or of any kind Lobby is closed all the time because they claim there's no help but there's seven to eight people in the back constantly apparently they don't got the mental capability to run the front counter I'm guessing been trying for a week to get a meal told me to go through the drive-thru walking when I finally did it they had me stood there for 15 minutes and embarrassing situation no less so I said I give up what a horrible establishment

I had to sh... read more I understand there's a staff shortage, but I waited 30 minutes for my food, only to discover at the counter that they hadn't even started making it. I had to show them my receipt to prove I had ordered a burger before they would prepare it. This entire situation led to a disagreement with my wife. I give this place 0 out of 5 stars.
