I had to sh... read more I understand there's a staff shortage, but I waited 30 minutes for my food, only to discover at the counter that they hadn't even started making it. I had to show them my receipt to prove I had ordered a burger before they would prepare it. This entire situation led to a disagreement with my wife. I give this place 0 out of 5 stars.

The men's bathroom was dirty, with no soap or towels available. I brought this up to a young employee, and he said he would send someone to take care of it. However, when we left, nothing had been done. The tables and seats were also dirty. We had to leave our trash on the table because the bins were overflowing. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. You really need to improve, folks!

Wh... read more The girl working at this restaurant was very rude. She didn't take our order correctly in the drive-thru and didn't ask for payment, just stuck her hand out. When I mentioned that we didn't receive a shake we ordered, she rudely responded that we didn't pay for it. Overall, a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
