so good! great service, tasty eating, large portions for very reasonable prices. I wish I were closer to eat here more often! from the way to the waitress (I think was hailey? don't remember them completely. whose cheerful and positive attitude was really so appreciated! management, if they read this, please give this beautiful lady an increase! if they are looking for some comfort food, this is the place. What Day Ron doesn't like about Country Kitchen:
Waitress forgot our appetizer than didn’t even apologize. Than when we paid bill she didn’t even thank us. I love coming here but never again. She had a total of 3 tables to wait on. 6 people. If the waitress spent more time working and less time shooting the breeze with co worker maybe she wouldn’t be such a screw up! This was at 11:50 on 9/14/2023. We stopped two days ago after we went to town to stop at Walmart. The young lady who took care of us was a big server. For breakfast we had cookies and gravy as well as scrambled eggs, French toast, hash brown and bacon. It was all good and the food came out quickly. Definitely will go back to breakfast when we leave town
Great service, great food! It's usually at least a little busy, but there's good reason for it, and you'll still get good food service. I believe our servers name was Jack ?? [Could be WAY off. Date was Sunday, 4/1 Young kid, super friendly, great sense of humor, awesome server! Definitely worth stopping for breakfast here. I've only ever ordered from the breakfast menu, so I can't speak to the lunch/dinner, but based on breakfast the rest is probably worth a try.
This place is sooo good!!! It's not as fast as, say a Denny's, but the food is plentiful and flavorful, and the waitress we had was, by far, the best server I've had in years! The portions are large and I brought home half to have for dinner... I couldn't wait that long! Just the memory was enough to make me dive in way before!
