The staff were extremely friendly and welcom... read more We absolutely adored this restaurant! The food was fantastic, especially the bison burger which was not dry at all. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the bathrooms were clean. This was the highlight of our holiday trip in terms of dining experiences. If we lived nearer, this would definitely become a regular spot for our family. A big thank you to all the employees!

There were several cars in the parking lot and I could see... read more Was excited to stop by the gift shop/cafe, but I unwittingly showed up 5 minutes before they opened. There were several cars in the parking lot and I could see people dining inside (likely staff in hindsight). I walked in through the side entrance and was scolded by the owner (older gentleman). He told me to leave immediately and that they didn’t open until 11am…seemed like overkill maybe he was having an off day, but I was surprised by the lack of customer service and rude response, especially given the innocence of the mistake and that I would have been an paying customer.

The food was so delicious. We had Salmon and mashed potatoes with a salad. Worrying about cost we halved our plate but regret not getting our own after all because it was so worth it. The ice cream was also great as well as the cool atmosphere of being in a log cabin.

And the waffle fries... read more Jody is fantastic at her job - she recommended the medium-cooked bison burger and it was the best I've ever had. Our food arrived quickly! And the waffle fries were amazing! She even took the time to chat with us after our meal, sharing personal stories about the area, which added a nice touch to our visit to Devil's Tower. Jody also took some photos for us, which we really appreciate! Thank you, Jody! We will definitely be returning!
