Didn't give us the senior discount or punch card. Added all lunches together And asked for total owed. We were all paying individually. Staff offered to make any kind of pizza we wanted.....said they were bored. Dirty glass on windows. Salad bar wasneglected. Water spilled all around the containers. Lettuce was empty, cucumber were only a few and those were inedible sincethey must have been frozen and were limp. Had to go fishing for the few beets that there. There was no soup on the saladbar. Didn't bus our tables. Had a full cart of dirty dishes a few feet from the salad bar we finally bused our own tables.
We got here and they had no pizza, plates, or forks. And when they did manage to bring out pizza they only brought out 2 different kinds. The staff didnt seem to care at all about getting anyting going or getting anything out. They never did manageto bring out any forks and plates disappeared almost as fast as they were brought out. Completely ruined the idea of a buffet.
We came in alittle after 1 it was getting close to the time they needed to close. The manager let us know that they weren't going to be making more pizza and what was there was all they had till later that night. And that was fine they had a greatselection. He even had his homemade chili and it was awesome! We love coming to pizza ranch whenever we come to devil's lake!The manager is great and he runs a great joint!! We will always come back!!

Had a great trip there last night. Food was good and they kept the Buffet well stocked, and the service was very good and friendly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
