Waited for service, while this blonde young man helped 3 people at the window. Was told I'd be helped in a minute. He helped 4 more people at the window, totally ignored me. Since I'm 71 and use a cane, I couldn't wait any longer and decided it just wasn't worth the trouble to be ignored. He helped 7 people and couldn't so much as take my order. Such a shame that this young person just doesn't understand courtesy. I've never been treated so bad at any KFC in all my life. Very disappointing!

Ordered a 16 PC bucket meal and received all dark meat and no biscuits because they were out till truck day. The manager Nick replaced it and it was wonderful! Everything was correct and it was just delicious! Nick was very friendly and polite! Thank you very much! This KFC is doing a great job at customer service and the value of the food!! Also just love there chicken sandwiches regular or spicy! I'm impressed! Service: Take out
Waiting over 45 minutes for my order. The app said it would be ready at 5:50 and it is 6:30 and still no food.
