The food was outstanding! However, I took off one star because of some cleanliness concerns. The floors were dirty, and the soap dispensers in the bathroom were not installed correctly, which made them hard to use. It took us a little while to sort that out. Would we come back? Definitely! Everyone loved their meal, and the service remained excellent even as the restaurant got busy. We arrived around 4:30 PM, and by the time we left, it was completely full.
I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant! We visited based on a recommendation and ended up waiting 10 minutes after being seated before anyone took our drink order. Just as we were about to leave, someone finally approached us. The chips we were served were stale, and the cheese dip was cold and excessively sweet. Our food arrived cold as well, including the fajitas. Overall, the food was greasy and quite disappointing. I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 because our waiter was exceptional. He was attending to tables all over the restaurant that had been overlooked by other staff, and he truly deserves to work in a place that appreciates his talents.
Absolutely phenomenal! The quality and quantity of the food were spot on. The flavors were fantastic, and the pricing was just right. I'm so impressed that I almost hesitated to write this review, as I'm worried it will become too busy once everyone discovers this amazing spot!
I'm at a loss for words... The staff were fantastic and not to blame at all. However, the food was disappointing, especially considering the price. Our order got mixed up—we only wanted asada, no shrimp, but the dish had shrimp in it. Luckily, no one was allergic. Tacos were about $3.50 each. The burritos were mostly rice and beans (though the beans were lacking), with just one strip of beef. When you order a carne asada burrito, the beef should be the star flavor. It's definitely a tourist spot. I'm sure the alcoholic drinks are good, and the music was okay. Also, the skyscraper ride is right next door—great for a thrill if you’re up for it.
We ordered the steak taco dinner, taco salad, and kid’s enchiladas. Sadly, the tacos arrived ice cold, and the shells were so tough they couldn’t be eaten. The steak taco salad was very bland, seeming completely unseasoned, and the shell tasted like it was fried in old oil. On the bright side, my 7-year-old liked the ground beef enchilada and rice, and the raspberry margarita on the rocks was excellent. Our server was very friendly, which is why I gave this restaurant 3 stars.
