I tried a cocktail called the Eloise, but I felt it was a bit too heavy on the blueberry flavor. For dinner, we ordered potatoes, parsnips, polenta, and steak, which was plenty for two people. The turnips were outstanding, but the rest of the dishes didn’t impress me as much; the polenta was quite bland. The timing of the food was good, but the steak was served cold, and our drink service was frustratingly slow. If you haven't been to Barda yet, I suggest you give it a try, but I probably won't be returning myself.

I really appreciated the bar's design, which is set lower so that the bartenders are at eye level while you're seated. It's a great concept. The charred Caesar salad was fantastic, but my favorite dish was definitely the roasted parsnips — they were unbelievably delicious. We opted to order and share appetizers for dinner, but I’ll definitely return to sample some entrees. We enjoyed a Spanish white wine called Pardavalles and a very creative mocktail. I highly recommend this place. The parking lot is small, but there was plenty of free street parking available.

When comparing a $68 steak here to similar dishes at other restaurants, the value just wasn’t there. The atmosphere catered more to adults and wasn't particularly kid-friendly, although my children did enjoy the food and the restaurant overall. The service was average—not great, but not terrible either. There was no bread or anything complimentary, which felt a bit lacking considering the cost. If someone were to ask me, "Would you come back?" my answer would probably be no, due to the value for money. I had an amazing experience with Argentine food at Gaucho Parrilla Argentina in Pittsburgh last year, so I had high hopes for this place. However, when comparing the food, service, and prices, nothing here lived up to that experience.

I had my first duck and I think every duck I have from this point will be a disappointment (unless it’s at barda . Wine delicious. The lil colorful sharp knives : every detail was perfect. Idk man this was just the best meal I’ve had in awhile. Don’t walk, run. I will be back for that duck.Also dessert is so important to me and the burnt Alaska was amazing, sweet, and fun.
