Unfortunately, we were sat in a corner. We waited about 15-20 minutes before they noticed us. During that time the server was talking to another table trying to... read more Unfortunately, we were sat in a corner. We waited about 15-20 minutes before they noticed us. During that time the server was talking to another table trying to convince them to stay. We asked if we had a server twice. Once they took our food and drink order, it was another 15 to 20 minutes for the salads to come out (before we recieved our drinks and with no silverware). We requested silverware and after 10 minutes went to another table to collect it ourselves. At this time, my husband talked to the manager. Afterwards, they offered us a free drink each. Once the food came out, only 2/4 of us recieved our food. The rest came out after we pointed it out to them 5ish minutes later. I have been to Parc before and loved it. I'm not sure we will be back after this experience.
