More beautiful to load with delicious coffee and some organic products in the beverage area. the milk has recently come as a biomilk from Eben-Ezer. there are a... read more More beautiful to load with delicious coffee and some organic products in the beverage area. the milk has recently come as a biomilk from Eben-Ezer. there are also tasty eating my tip: pannini! and super cake. mix of modern and old in the plant. of course it is a smoke-free caffe! there are some seats outside of the caffe and a cool inside courtyard for hot summer days. beautiful staff and apartments are also available. they can hardly stay in the center. So I'm going.

I know many people like it for it's cozy and Bohemian atmosphere, and drinkable coffee, which is good. But the food is not really worth it. The service is also good.... serviceable. I ordered cakes there... a few times with friends and it was okay, but not to write home. Better than eating. My husband went to lunch last week and I ordered a panini. It took forever to come. Unfortunately, I have a roasted sandwich that is not exactly a panini. The salad I ordered was not too fresh, and dressing is too oily. My husband ordered a cheese plate, and instead of small pieces of cheese, small pieces were served that were strange. My hot chocolate was 't real hot chocolate - it was only powder mixed with hardly warm milk. The whipped cream was made of a can. He wasn't overwhelmed with his cheese plate, but still managed to eat it. We wouldn't go back, except maybe if our friends who really like the place wanted to come, and if we do, we'll stick to cappuccino and cake. This is your best bet. But nice place, really good for coffee.

I have always found the interior... read more Detmold is a town that is steep in history. It is architecture and beauty to see. I stayed in Cup Apartments on many occasions. I have always found the interiors immaculate, well equipped and scenic. A bar/bistro is an integral part of the building, but that doesn't make it a loud place. It's right in the city centre. The owner is friendly, helpful and always on hand. Local parking can be arranged.
