Now that I know what good food is sup... read more My first time at this restaurant was last weekend for the New Year's Eve 5 course dinner. Proof you have ruined one thing. Now that I know what good food is suppose to taste like, nothing compares now. That had to be one of the best meals I have ever eaten. It was so flavorful. We were there for two hours and did not feel rushed at all. Our server Jared was so patient, knowledgable, and a great conversationalist. We are not drinkers and he spent a bit of time with us figuring out the best drink and it did not disappoint. I would like to thank Proof for such a wonderful experience. You really showed my mother who came to Iowa to visit a really great time. We talked about it the rest of the night. I will be back.

Try the second Saturday dinner for a fantastic experience, unique and delicious foods and incredible wine pairings. The staff are absolutely wonderful every time! Definitely a higher cost, but worth it if you like a bit of culinary adventure!
