I paid £18 and a significant part of my order was missing. No assistance was offered when I contacted the restaurant. This is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

No wonder none of their reviews are verified on Google... Too many chippies in Derry to compete with if your serving up brock like that...!!

I have used 3 pizza meal deals in the past to provide all the food at a large party. I'm planning on getting one tonight as well as the food is great and very reasonably priced, which is needed these days.

I had high hopes for a thick, flaky, moist piece of Cod with a crispy batter. However, I was disappointed to find a thin, tasteless fillet of frozen fish that had a rubbery texture and a cardboard-like taste. The quality of the battered fish was below par, leaving me questioning the credibility of some people's food reviews. The chips were decent, but they could not make up for the poor quality of the fish. Despite claims of being the best fish and chips in Derry and Northwest, I would not even consider them to be in the top 10 in Derry alone. This experience was a one-time occurrence for me.

Additionally, the drink I ordered was missing from my delivery. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect, and the food consistently tastes bad. I am not satisfied as a customer.
