I will nev... read more I am extremely upset that my daughter was at the restaurant for 1 hour and 25 minutes, only to receive a £90 parking fine. This is completely absurd! I will never visit KFC again, and neither will my daughter.

Despite the... read more This was the worst fast food experience I have ever had. I took my daughter and grandchildren for a quick bite, but the service was incredibly slow. Despite the restaurant being almost empty, we had to wait 25 minutes for our food. When my daughter placed the order, she specifically requested no sauce on the children's burgers, but they were served with sauce anyway. Additionally, the milk was put in the tea instead of the coffee we ordered. When we went back to correct the mistakes, we found that the chips were cold and soggy. The kids' meal promised chocolate ice cream, but only plain vanilla was available. To make matters worse, the table we sat at had not been cleaned from the previous diners, so I had to clean it myself. It's clear that the owner of this establishment needs to pay attention to customer reviews. I used to go through the drive-thru for food, but I will not be returning after this experience. Those ordering from Just Eat should avoid this place to avoid the disarray we encountered.

To ma... read more This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. I ordered delivery and the food was revolting. The chicken was so rubbery that I couldn't even eat it. To make matters worse, the meals were more expensive online than if I had bought them in person, and items were missing from my order. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Expecting to get food as a walk in customer after... read more AVOID AT ALL COSTS This is the WORST fast food shop in Derry and i would be surprised in the whole of Ireland. Expecting to get food as a walk in customer after 6pm is totally impossible. Seems like they value their Deliveroo/Just Eat and Drive Through customers (slightly better after reading the other reviews). Its certainly not Fast Food. At least 4 times in the past month I've been told they;re closed and its only Drive Through USELESS when you're on foot. WILL NEVER BE BACK AGAIN, WILL ACTUALLY DRIVE TO LETTERKENNY IF I EVER WANT A KFC AGAIN
