Chilli's Indian - Derry

I ordered Biryani 3 to 4 times, the first time the taste was good but the next 3 times was not so good. Not sure what is the reason either chef changes or something. I wanted to give feedback but not how they would take it, so posted here. Gave 4 stars because I have tasted only biryani, so I cannot judge based on one item.

Ordered a take away. Took an hour and a half to get here. Vindaloo was lovely and really spicey but the poppadoms were burned. Over all disappointed

I went to this restaurant with my friends We had chicken biriyani poori bhaji ,chilli chicken masala garlic Nan and butter Nan It was surprisingly satisfying and tasty The service was really good and even gave suggestions on selecting the dish . a good place to eat with and happy

I don't understand why the dine in price is more than take away prices . 9 10£ dish is almost 12 13£. That's 20% extra... Dine in and takeaway have different menus. Paneer makhani 4/5 Naan 3/5 Diet restrictions are well considered. 5/5

There were only 2 other people in the restaurant when we arrived and it still took an hour to be served our main courses. The food tasted okay but I ordered veg madras and I asked if the veg was fresh or frozen. I was told it was fresh which is why I ordered it but when it came out it was clearly a frozen veg mix and I don 't know what the sauce was but it wasn 't madras, it wasn 't even a tomato based sauce, more like gravy and no spice or heat to it. The glasses on our table were not only dirty to look at but sticky to touch and we asked for clean glasses. The waitress took the dirty ones and put them back on the shelf with the other 'clean ' ones. She didn 't even attempt to pretend they would be cleaned. There were 2 waitresses working and when 2 people at the table ordered drinks they would bring one then wait another 5 minutes before bringing the other. And at this point there was noone else in the restaurant except us 3. Definitely won 't be back and would not recommend. It wasn 't cheap for the quality of food and lack of service
