The queues are very long: it may take up to 10 mins before you can order. The card machine didn’t accept any of my cards, which was very inconvenient. The place isn’t clean as staff don’t appear to clear the tables. Last but not least, I couldn’t have a hot chocolate twice because they had ran out of cocao powder. You’d expect them to prepare for mot hot chocolate orders the weeks before Christmas... No idea why I wenr back twice, wouldn’t go again.

I visit this restaurant multiple times a week and wouldn't choose to go anywhere else.
