Unfortunately, I have yet to come across the right account manager who can assist me in successfully completing this task.

The burnt ends w... read more This restaurant is not good at all. I went on a Friday and it seemed like the BBQ had been smoked on Monday. Everything was dry and tasted old. The burnt ends were not actually burnt, they were just cut from old portions and smothered in sauce. This is a common practice at many low-quality BBQ places in Connecticut. Even the cornbread was terrible. The only thing that was somewhat decent were the collards, which is the only thing I managed to eat. The mac and cheese had no flavor at all. I spent $60 on lunch and ended up throwing it in the garbage.

The staff at Reids are very nice and helpful but the ran out of mashed potatoes, ribs, pulled pork got the orders all mixed up. 3 out of 8 of us got their food... read more The staff at Reids are very nice and helpful but the ran out of mashed potatoes, ribs, pulled pork got the orders all mixed up. 3 out of 8 of us got their food about 10 minutes after ordering 2 of the others about 20 minutes after ordering and the remaining 3 of us waited 1/2 hour.
