I went through the drive-thru around 12:30 PM and waited nearly 20 minutes for two "You Pick 2" items, which included two soups and two sandwiches. Normally, I'm patient during busy lunch hours, but waiting that long for essentially two half sandwiches is unacceptable. When I got home, I discovered that my order was missing napkins and utensils, and one of the sandwiches was poorly assembled.

He... read more The manager on duty was outstanding. He effectively managed the staff without being overly controlling and truly had a caring attitude towards the customers. He addressed a few minor issues calmly and efficiently. Our breakfast was served quickly and without any hiccups. The staff delivered great customer service and ensured a clean atmosphere throughout our visit.

The Steak White Cheddar sandwiches here have just the right amount of horseradish, which I believe is their secret ingredient. I just wish they would let me request extra sides of that delicious horseradish. In my opinion, this location definitely deserves to be recognized as the Best Panera Bread of 2022.

This was only my 3rd time ever eating at a Panera Bread. 2 out of the 3 times they told me they ran out of BREAD!!This time they said they only had enough to ma... read more This was only my 3rd time ever eating at a Panera Bread. 2 out of the 3 times they told me they ran out of BREAD!!This time they said they only had enough to make half of my sandwich. Like what!!? This is totally unacceptable for a place that has the word Bread in their name!This would be like Taco Bell not having any Tacos... Or Pizza Hut being out of pizza.They need to get their act together! 2 out of 3 times I go they are out of bread.They should just change the name to Panera and scratch the bread part off the sign outside.Most likely will NOT be going back.
