I want to thank the worker last night from my take out order that thought this side of dressing was sufficient for a full Cobb salad. I mean, seriously? Completely unacceptable. I got home and opened the bag and almost went back just to point this outbut not worth my time. Horrible. View all feedback.
I frequently order from this restaurant location, occasionally trying others, but this is my go-to spot. The Steak White Cheddar sandwiches here always have the perfect amount of Horseradish, which is their secret ingredient. I just wish they would allow me to request extra or additional sides of the delicious Horseradish. In my opinion, this location deserves to be voted as the Best Panera Bread of 2022.
The reason why I?m giving it 3 stars because the food is good. However, Derby CT staff tone and work management made it seem like they were willing to have us proceed on an order (chicken teriyaki bowl) knowing they were out of it. I had to call and letthem know. Spoke to a women who answered (August 14, 2022 Sunday, around 2:30pm) was rude and did not apologize for theinconvenience but knew that the chicken teriyaki bowl was out. I asked to speak to the manager and then all of sudden the linehad dropped. I called back and spoke to the manager Marcus. He informed me there was a shortage and he was going to call me butgot tied up. I understand things can get hectic, but would?ve like to be informed before the purchase went through online aswell having the staff all be thoroughly communicated. If it?s on the receipt, then someone should?ve checked to ensure to let usknow. We ended up just settling to order that was under price to avoid any other dispute.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I visited the drive-thru around 12:30pm and waited for almost 20 minutes for 2 "You Pick 2" items, 2 soups, and 2 sandwiches. I am usually patient during lunch rush hours, but waiting that long in the drive-thru for essentially two half sandwiches is unacceptable. Upon arriving home, I realized there were no napkins or utensils included with my order, and one of the sandwiches was not properly assembled.
The manager on duty was excellent. He kept the workers in check without being too overbearing and genuinely cared about the customers. He resolved a few minor issues and remained calm throughout. Our breakfast order was served promptly and without any problems. The staff provided good customer service and maintained a clean environment.
