I wanted to leave a review because I was hesitant after reading previous reviews, but I didn't have any issues. I used the drive-thru so I didn't see the inside of the restaurant, but the service was fast and the staff were polite. I'm not from the area, but I found it convenient to stop by while working nearby. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend it, although I've only been there once.

Ther... read more I only go to KFC when I have no other options. I typically use the drive-thru because the restaurant is usually messy and the employees don't seem to care. There have been multiple occasions where I ordered 9 hot wings and didn't receive the correct amount. When I order through the app, the staff claim they can't see my order, even though the money has already been taken from my account. They try to avoid responsibility by telling me to call Customer Services. It's hard to believe that a well-known organization like KFC has such issues.

It seems like they use the smallest chickens ever. I haven't had KFC for years and will never go back to this place. It should be shut down as soon as possible because the food is not worth eating.

It’s not the first time I’ve thought this, but I’d say avoid it at all costs!

The food is nev... read more Visited many a times being my local KFC however the awful customer service seems to get worse and really will be the downfall of the this place. The food is never packed correctly and I’m finding that the food is being served at low temperature.The server Matt (ginger hair) on drive through closes the window continues his chat with other staff for a good few minutes whilst my food is sat in the bag in front of him potentially this is one reason the food is cold. This is not the first time he has done this. Cars were leaving the drive through queue because of how ridiculously slow staff were. Please check cctv to verify this. I would like to add I do not find any of the staff professional or hygienic however could not see the names of the other staff members.
