The Viceroy - Derby

Here's a suggestion, walk around the corner, there's a place called Anoki, get a table there.

I'm guessing the other reviewer is confusing this viceroy with it's sister operation in Derby, and if I were in Derby I would probably pick anoki.However

A beautiful restaurant with friendly but not above the best waiting staff. the place was clean and tidy and we could get a table although we had not booked. many choices in the menu. eating was hot when it arrived and everything was delicious and fresh. no bad price would return

Was treated for lunch, a beautiful surprise. the staff was friendly and very helpful. excellent eating (and many of them), I really enjoyed the leber takatak. fantastic!

Hello, I recently tried a dish at a restaurant. I usually dine at this place frequently, and the meals are typically alright, though not as good as when dining in. However, the meal I had tonight was absolutely unacceptable. It was overly sweet to the point of being inedible. I have not contacted the restaurant about this issue, but I will not be returning to eat there again. The prices are not cheap, so it's disappointing to receive a meal that is not up to standard. I apologize for leaving a negative review, but the quality of the food is important.
