Star kitchen is probably one of the better places to get dimm sum to the denver area. they have all the classic dumb-summe dishes they want and everything is gr... read more Star kitchen is probably one of the better places to get dimm sum to the denver area. they have all the classic dumb-summe dishes they want and everything is great! my personal favorites are the football (fritten glutinous reis knödel), garnelen knödel, xiao long baos, and the ei tarts. service here is very fast and they will be immediately tea and well served by the trolleys as soon as they sit. this type of meal is best with a group of people, so they get many different dishes and share them among themselves. also this place is extremely busy, so it is best to either get there too soon or put their names on the online alert list so they do not wait outside for a long time to get one. but overall, really solid food!
