Chef Ni and the entir... read more I had been wanting to visit Sap Sua for a long time, but reservations were always full. Finally, I got the chance and absolutely loved it. Chef Ni and the entire staff were incredible—right from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. The endive salad was fantastic, the sweet potatoes were incredible, and the soft scrambled eggs with brown butter are something I need in my life every day. The crispy fried chicken was delicious, too. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Denver has many outstanding culinary spots, and Sap Sua definitely ranks among the best.
