I had to show them the details on my phone, and they said they would prepare it right away. One of my items was a two-entree plate with one side, but when I got home, I found that only one side was included, and the other section of the plate was empty. They completely forgot my Black Pepper Angus steak, which came with an additional charge.

I was polite and asked how much l... read more I placed an online order that ended up being abandoned. When I checked in at the promised pick-up time, my order wasn’t ready. I was polite and asked how much longer it would take, and they told me five minutes. However, it ended up taking an additional 38 minutes, and by the time I received my food, the sweet and sour chicken was cold. I don’t plan on coming back here again.

She had a dismissive attitude towards us. When we asked for a bag, she handed it to us without even looking, all while continuing to talk to someone else. My fiancée and I run our own business in the food industry, so we understand the importance of customer service, and what we experienced here was anything but acceptable.

I recently had an operation and can't stand or drive. I ordered to eat and they gave it to the wrong door diet person. raquel is by far the worst manager. she wouldn't replace $20 meal that my young children expected to eat. it should be written down. she refused to give me her District Manager information so I could complain.
