The service and eating are excellent. it's a little quieter than some popular brunchspots in denver.
Outstanding! We went for restaurant week so our table of four tried different plates. Absolutely everything was fantastic. Even if you have no food allergies you will be impressed with their gluten free options. I will be going back very soon.
The food is amazing!!! And the people are amazing too!
We were a party of and tried appetizers, different entrees and different desserts. Absolutely everything was delicious. Our server, Meghan, wa fabulous. Loved everything about your dining experience.
The food was very good but expensive. Noisy and lacks charm. Feels more like a sports bar than a restaurant. Service was OK and could use a few welcoming social graces.
Acova stands out as a delightful new addition to the Northside dining scene, with a striking transformation from its predecessor. The restaurant boasts an inviting atmosphere, extensive gluten-free options, and a creative menu that includes standout dishes like Honey Stung Fried Chicken and Beef Short Ribs. Guests praise the attentive and welcoming staff, though some have noted issues with noise levels and reservation policies. While the prices are on the higher side, the food quality and thoughtful preparation, especially for those with dietary restrictions, make Acova a venue worth returning to for lunch or an evening out.

One word: AMAZING! I'm beyond stoked that this new restaurant brought life back into the space that formerly housed Patsy's Italian Restaurant for nearly a century. The owner, Betsy, and her staff are wonderful, the food is fantastic and drink list enticing! Exited to make this a regular place for brunch, lunch, dinner or just drinks. They also have a fantastic patio and are building a sensory garden for the littles fun for the whole family!
What an amazing transformation from the old Patsy’s... Absolutely gorgeous space, very caring staff and a great menu. I always loved the Hornet, but this place far exceeded my expectations. Definitely will become a work lunch and after work happy hour spot!
Amazing!! You can see every inch of love that was put into this place. Food is yummy and the drinks are on point. Looking forward to many years of great food and fun here. Great Job to all who are involved!!
Huge space, lovely people and food! New hood spot...

I didn't pick up the restaurant before I went with my partner, and I was blown away from the variety of gluten-free options! I had to ask our server if the whole food was actually gluten-free. Someone who seemed like a manager told us that the cook lives with celiac so that I felt like I could really trust that the food is safe to eat and actually delicious, prepared by a cook with experience. The crab cakes had a lot of Mayo sauce but were tasteful. The fried chicken was not super comparable to a “normal” preparation, but it was very good and the syrup on the top was a perfect touch! The chicken wings were great. The skin was crispy and the wings were beautiful and fleshy, unlike other restaurants in the area that I went this year in the middle of a wing shortage. Overall a wonderful experience with delicious food and friendly service. Will return to try more food!!
Acova was a great place for a date or a casual evening with friends. I really like all plants they use as decoration and break up the seating areas. The Broadway Hummer Mac cheese was crushed in melted, creamy cheese with pieces of butter lobster. The potato cheese pierogis were delicious! These little pierogis pack in taste with cheese, potato quality. My favorite dish was the Calamari fra diavolo....it had only the right amount of spices to add a small kick and the Calamari was boiled right! I saved the sauce for my lobster Mac cheese. I could put the sauce on almost everything!! I had an espresso for dessert. It was the perfect balance of coffee and cream to satisfy my sweet tooth.
The most delicious scallops I had a while! My date loved his burger. Enjoy the atmosphere, but do not dwell, your table has a 2h seat limit (it was too often divided)
Great spot, especially during 5280 restaurant week. The staff are all attentive and help each other out throughout the service. The cocktail menu is diverse with nice variations on classic cocktails. The beer menu offers a local selection that’s equally opportunistic. As for the food, there’s likely something for everyone. I appreciate the fusion of what seems to be Asian, Spanish, and southern comfort. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like. Enjoy!
Acova was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and friendly, and the ambience was perfect! I loved all plant decorations. The food was incredible and SO gluten-free friendly! We only have appetizers and desserts. The crab cakes were great and GF! The Diablo eggs were spicy, but delicious. The apple donuts (GF) had apple in them, it was amazing! I also got the Smokin hot mezcal Margarita, it was the perfect combination of smoke to spices. Our waiter, Davis, was great! Super helpful and met our dessert decision for us if we couldn't decide! The manager was also so charming! I will be back 1000% soon to try more things on the menu!

Pretty good. Layout and atmosphere is modern and chill. Decent service. Food was good, but not amazing. Would eat here again.Bonus points for having gluten-free options for my wife.Dietary restrictions: Good GF and Veg options
Great gluten free options for brunch, lunch, or dinner! The gluten free biscuits is my favorite item on this menu. They don't steam milk at this location, but they make some fantastic americanos! I wasn't a huge fan of the prime rib hash for brunch, but the quality of all the gluten free products here will impress you!
The service was fantastic! David or Davis was knowledgeable about the ingredients in the dishes and recommended drinks that suited our preferences. It was a bit loud, but could be improved with some screens to reduce the noise. We would definitely return as the food and drinks were delicious!
Fantastic as usual! All five of us enjoyed delicious meals and received excellent service.
Our waitress was fantastic, very personable and knowledgeable about the food and the family's history. Major props. The food was incredibly delicious. We will definitely return.
