Taken here for lunch and the restaurant has had a nice revamp. Went for the Menu del Dia as that appeared to be the best option for us and the chef. Now I love... read more Taken here for lunch and the restaurant has had a nice revamp. Went for the Menu del Dia as that appeared to be the best option for us and the chef. Now I love my cheeses but have always shunned await from goats cheese however the salad served with the cheese (hard cheese) was scrummy. Also I am not a fish person unless it is covered in batter and served with chips so when I saw the mains I did begin to panic as paella to me is fish, squiddy bits and shrimp so I was delighted to see a chicken and mushroom alternative. Lovely and plentiful as you do get a big pan of it between two. Pudding was my standard Ice Cream as I always feel as if that isn't as fattening as other items on the menu!!

The quality of lobster, prawns, mussels, clams, etc was exceptional. House white is very acceptable provided in a chiller which kept it crisp until finished.

The staff are always friendly and attentive. We'll be back!
